Anthèse: The Home Café Edition
Anthèse operates as a one-of-a-kind Home Café monthly right in the heart of Boon Keng in the Towner Estate
The purpose of the Home Café is to allow me to serve my take of New Gen Singaporean food in a comfortable
home setting at a more wallet-friendly price point in the form of a simple 3 course meal that highlights everyday produce & ingredients that locals can easily purchase, but re-interpreted in a different way
Doing this at home on a smaller scale also allows me to spend more time at home with my family that I prize very highly
The Details
Opening Hours
✧ The Home Café only operates once or twice a month on a selected Friday or Saturday
✧ Home Café dates will be released usually 3 weeks in advance on Instagram
✧ Join "The First Dibs Club" the Instagram broadcast channel for priority information on dates
✧ Opening hours are between 11am to 3pm and is by reservation only
Seating Arrangements and Reservations
✧ Anthèse offers 2 main seating timings: 11am & 1pm
✧ Each reservation comes with a 1 hour 45 mins dining time
✧ The "Dining Table" seating is a 4-8 pax seating at the dining table for a full party of minimum 4 pax OR minimally 2 groups of 2-3 pax
✧ The "Coffee Table" seating is a 2 pax seating on the floor
✧ Everyone in the reservation booking must order one set menu each, any other add-ons are optional
✧ We will be collecting at 50% deposit of the set menu and pre-orders (if any) per person about 2 weeks prior to your booking to confirm your slot
✧ The remaining 50% and additional items will only be charged after the meal
✧ Please be on time for an optimal dining experience. In the event of late arrivals, your dining time will have to be cut short
Additional Information
✧ Dietary restrictions may not be accommodated on certain menus, please inform me of any dietary restrictions upon booking
✧ In the event that Anthèse has to be cancelled last minute due to family emergency, you will be refunded in full & given priority for the next booking
